About the role  

The position serves as a field-based Marketing representative responsible for market development objectives within Sales Areas.  Regional Marketing Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams on different initiatives to help increase access and awareness of pain management therapies.  They are responsible for strategic adoption and utilization of various commercial activities in the Sales Area in which they report into.  A field-based RMM is responsible for developing strategic relationships within the organization and key customers.

 

Your responsibilities include:

•            Field-based Marketing representative in the Northeast Sales Area

•            Expand sales tools and programs that support raising awareness of SCS and pain management

•            Develop and execute Customer Market Development programs

•            Develop and manage education with sales teams

•            Develop strategic relationships with key customers

•            Explore and validate potential new call-points

•            Support New Business Development assessment

 

What we’re looking for in you:

•            Bachelor’s Degree required, and MBA preferred

•            Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device industry

•            Sales and/or Marketing management experience preferred

•            Self-starter that can work independently, but understand stakeholders’ interests

•            Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams

•            Ability to influence and coach team members

•            Documented experience collaborating with cross functional teams

•            Exceptional leadership, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

•            Evidence of a high level of business and clinical acumen required

•            Knowledge of basic MS Office software – Excel, PowerPoint

•            50% domestic travel commitment required
