Remote Technologies Coordinator, GEM South

As the medical device market evolves, fueled by rapid technological advancements and shifting customer needs, we are creating this role to expand our team and execute our strategy for Expert Link Remote Connectivity Solutions according to customer needs while supporting internal operations and extending digital capabilities. This role will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to make Boston Scientific a leading player in remote connectivity solutions across Growth Emerging Markets South, aligned with our customer-centricity strategy and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Act as the point of contact for all Remote Technologies initiatives including telehealth and digital health solutions in Growth Emerging Markets South, ensuring seamless adoption and integration into customer workflows.

· Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to promote and deploy remote solutions across the region to enable commercial drive in the region.

· Provide on-the-ground technical support to teams in the field, ensuring seamless setup, coordination, and execution of telehealth solutions during live procedures and medical education sessions.

· Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting and use case inquiries.

· Partner with hospital IT, biomedical engineering, and clinical teams to facilitate the effective use of telehealth technologies during procedures and engagements.

· Maintain the adoption and implementation of digital health solutions by following up on internal processes and support efficient operations and scalability.

· Participate in internal and customer events to promote remote technologies and raise awareness of their value proposition.

· Support change management initiatives, providing regular trainings to internal and external stakeholders on remote technologies.

· Track and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with regional goals. Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine value propositions and align with regional needs.

 

Role Requirements

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in in telehealth, medical devices, healthcare IT, or remote digital solutions.

· Change management mindset with agility, proactivity and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

· Competency in MS Office and strong IT/Telecom technical knowledge is preferred.

· Willingness to travel frequently within the region for on-site support, training, and digital health implementations.
