Overview:

Responsible for design and execution of multichannel campaigns and customer programs at Cluster level and Country level, defining the optimal channel mix and monitoring implementation by following-up on key tasks and opportunities.
Act as a trusted partner with both Sales and Marketing teams, demonstrating good knowledge of customer preferences, sales process and BSC way of marketing

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Northern Cluster business leaders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives impacting customer satisfaction, as commercial programs, multichannel campaigns and education curricular
  • Collaborate with Local Marketing teams to conduct external monitoring and benchmarking of market dynamics, competitor strategies and best practices from other industries
  • Create and implement integrated and impactful multichannel marketing campaigns at cluster  and country level, collecting inputs from business leads, identifying the optimal channel mix following guidelines provided by EHQ multichannel marketing team
  • Is responsible for localization of EMEA multichannel campaigns, including channel mix and content adaptation
  • Partner with Cluster and Local Marketing teams to develop and follow a consistent approach and methodology for customer segmentation
  • Collaborate with Cluster and Local Marketing teams to define and monitor a set of KPIs to ensure customer programs goals are met and are in line with customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Alongside Cluster Marketing Manager, responsible for driving adoption of key marketing programs within Northern Cluster
  • Develops project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Manages team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings
  • Support Sales Training and Marketing teams in coaching Divisional leaders on defined process and tools
  • Guides the local Leadership Team to maintain full compliance with the BSC Quality System (Corporate Quality Manual and Procedures) and the local quality requirements under the initiative of International Quality Director; Participates in driving quality awareness in every employee, while guiding the local organization towards improved performance and customer-oriented initiatives
  • Follow execution of defined programs and campaigns by constantly monitoring SalesCloud task, activities and opportunities tracking across customer journey and follow up on Sales team accordingly
  • Partner with Local marketing teams to ensure aligned best practice is achieved in customer programs within the Northern Cluster
