About the role:

As part of the EMEA Supply Chain Planning team, the Senior Business Analyst Control Tower will be responsible for analyzing data and reporting requirements and translation into innovative solutions.

Primary responsibilities will include Supply Chain Planning scorecard analysis, data analytics and optimization

project execution. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible to set up and maintain Control Tower infrastructure for EMEA, leveraging existing global tools and data sources.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and report Supply Chain Planning performance and diagnose key improvement areas (e.g. forecast accuracy, supply variability, service level, backorder, EE&O etc). Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing analysis.
  • Provide end-users with framework to perform analysis and reporting.
  • Migration of Access and Excel reports to SQL / Cloudera Impala and Tableau
  • Set up and maintain Supply Chain Planning Control Tower infrastructure for EMEA
  • Participate in global (IT) projects to incorporate EMEA specific requirements
  • Interaction with internal and external stakeholders


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent thru experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain environment or similar role.
  • Proven track record in creating foundation for reporting using SQL management studio, SSIS.
  • Advanced knowledge SQL Server and Cloudera Impala (back-end) and Tableau (front-end).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others to include communication, presentation, analysis, negotiation etc.
  • Proven project execution skills.
  • Innovative, independent thinker who can help optimizing the environment.
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and tools.
  • Fluent in English.


Desired qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP, Access, Excel for extracting and consuming data
  • Knowledgeable of best practices on creation of reports based upon raw SAP data
  • Knowledge of integrated Supply Chain Planning systems – DRP/ERP/MRP
  • Experience working in an international organization
  • APICS certification or equivalent
