About the role:

As part of the EMEA Supply Chain Planning team, the Senior Data Architect Control Tower will be responsible for translating reporting needs into data models fitting the need using Hadoop and SQL.

The Senior Data Architect will be responsible to set up and maintain a data warehouse for Supply Chain (EMEA region) leveraging global initiatives.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain data warehouse for Supply Chain Planning Control Tower
  • Provide data models which enables end-users to perform analysis via reporting platform
  • Migration of Access backend to SQL / Hadoop
  • Participate in global (IT) projects to incorporate EMEA specific requirements


Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent thru experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Architect role, ideally within the Supply Chain environment
  • Advanced knowledge of creating data warehouse using SQL Server and Hadoop
  • Advance knowledge of SQL SSIS
  • Ability to transform SAP’s raw tables into data which can be understood by end users
  • Team player who supports vision of department
  • Proven project execution skills
  • Innovative, independent thinker who can build the most optimal environment considering best practices
  • Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and tools
  • Fluent in English


Desired qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of best practices on creation of reports based upon raw SAP data
  • Knowledge of SQL Master Data Services
  • Experience in using Spark
  • Experience in creation of Tableau reports
  • Experience utilizing Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP, Access, Excel for extracting and consuming data
  • Worked with outsourced support team
  • Experience working in an international organization
