About the role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated, take charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Sales Operations team. This will be a field based position embedded into the local markets. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, strong analytical and information technology skills as described below.

In this position, you serve as a key contact for the Endoscopy Sales Divisions and Region Managers while building strong relationships and expertly understanding regional market conditions. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping Region Managers meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics delivered by leveraging the strong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources.  This job also requires coordination with internal departments, including Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and IS.

 

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Provide effective support for the local team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Provide Ad-hoc analytical support to the Local Region Manager teams as needed.
  • Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field
  • Act as a process expert and liaison for the Sales team to internal departments
  • Identify opportunities within the division by monitoring trends, performance metrics and relevant external data.
  • Produce customized business reviews that incorporate market conditions and challenges unique to the region and customer.
  • Provide local support and individual training for corporate initiatives and enablers such as Tableau, Sales Force and Windows 10
  • Support Region/Divisional meeting preparation and execution
  • Participate in strategic projects as required
  • Support key initiatives like TM Summits and GPO Contract launches by working closely with RMs.
  • Work on key internal Sales Operations and Corporate projects as necessary.

 

What we are looking for in you: 

Minimuim Qualifications

  • Person must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast paced world of sales. 
  • Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales analyst role, preferably supporting a field sales team
  • Person should have a strong customer service mentality and be able to contribute positively and proactively to their local teams working in remote setting.
  • Person who is detailed oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. 
  • Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel, advanced skills with Access, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Extensive experience with Office Automation through macros or Visual Basic preferred.
  • Advanced levels skills with Sales Reporting Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Cognos etc.)
  • Familiarity with corporate collaboration and cloud based tools (like Box, Success Factors, Salesforce.com etc.)
  • Proven business and financial acumen
  • Travel 25-30 % of the time required.
