A Day in the Life of the EMEA AI Enablement Analyst:
You will support AI initiatives by enabling analytical outputs that are understandable, relevant, and actionable. You will help to build and improve analytics literacy across business teams and promote the use of data-driven decision-making. You will convert complex insights into clear, concise business stories and communicate their value effectively. You will encourage a feedback loop between business and technical teams to enhance data quality, usability, and trust. Additionally, you will identify new use cases and opportunities for AI implementation, working with the AI Portfolio Lead to develop a comprehensive view of all AI opportunities in EMEA and assist in categorizing them based on potential value. Assist in the creation of business cases for the AI opportunities.
The role:
This role, reporting directly to the EMEA AI Development & BI Manager, aims to bridge the gap between business functions and the AI team, ensuring that AI and analytics initiatives are well-defined, effectively executed, and embraced by the business. The role facilitates making analytics actionable, interpretable, and seamlessly integrated into decision-making, beyond just producing reports or models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create deliverables that help the business understand the AI solutions and drive action.
- Analyze data and complex insights
- Collect feedback, identify new potential AI Use Cases
- Help to create business cases for AI initiatives
- Assist in managing the AI portfolio together with the AI Portfolio Lead
- Help organize AI workshops
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytics background with hands-on experience interpreting data and insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Curious and proactive in identifying where data and AI can create business impact.
- Collaborative, structured, and trusted as the “analytics ambassador” within the business.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
