As an HR Admin IV, you will be an integral part of the team by providing technical and administrative support to the Human Resources department to include: compensation and payroll, employee information and education, staffing/recruiting, learning and development, benefits and employee relations.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Process creation, helping to streamline and drive effeciency.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, culture to new employees.
  • Develop internal HR communications to keep our team connected and informed.
  • Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Gather fact and analyze data using systematic methods to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and serve as a first touch point for employees.
  • Builds engaging relationships through trust, teamwork, follow up and communication.

 

What we're looking for: 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience  
  • Experience in staffing, benefit administration and or compensation
  • Open to adjusting work schedule to accommodate all manufacturing shifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Power Point)
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and adjust to the need
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
