About the role

  • Assists in developing and executes the business plan initiatives for their product line(s) or key marketing project(s).

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Participate in developing and executing the franchise integrated market business plan. Coordinate the tactical plan, market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging required to execute the plan.
  • Provide “Voice of Customer (VOC)” direction as CTM on new product design and development within the internal Technology &/or Product Development Process.
  • Assist in managing the franchise’s internal global downstream marketing network and provide marketing direction to field sales and other strategic channels, including execution of the launch commercialization process.
  • Identify and assess product opportunities &/or new markets by understanding the clinical procedure, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
  • Partner with Marketing Science, Communications and Programs, Global Marketing Analytics and Education Program Management, taking full advantage of their expertise to maximize product and project success.
  • Provide leadership for the franchise marketing processes and key marketing project deliverables by recommending and participating in managing the set of resources required for the franchise to meet its business plan.
  • Establish, build and maintain key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other franchises, sales, and opinion leaders.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the forecast as well as resolve other operationally related issues.

  • Assist in the development and execute strategic and tactical plan(s) that show clear connection to the IMBP and drives successful attainment of goals as they relate to a specific product, channel or project.

 

What we are looking for in you

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing, healthcare, medical device or other field
