3rd Shift:  9:00pm to 5:30am  Sunday night through Friday morning


Job Purpose:

To provide quality support to product development and manufacturing

To develop, apply, monitor, measure, improve, and communicate quality methodologies from product development

through product commercialization


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic statistical analysis and communicate results to teams.

• Assist engineers in failure analysis and CAPA activities.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

• Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring.

• Assist in creating, validating, and maintaining data files and forms.

• Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Notifications.

• Assist in developing and qualifying test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, and testing equipment.

• Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEPs and CAPAs.


Additional Information:

• Provide effective 3rd shift operations quality support to Core Technology Polymers (CTP).

• Work effectively with engineers, technicians, supervisors, and floor personnel to resolve day-to-day issues, achieve team objectives, and promote quality principles.

• Review, investigate, disposition, and resolve non-conforming material issues, internal customer complaints, and subassembly/component supply issues.

• Analyze nonconforming material and complaint data for issues/trends - identify corrective actions as necessary.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Two-year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate) or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years of related  experience

• Experience in a cGMP environment.

• Previous application of quality tools, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

• Must be a strong problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, independent organization, and prioritization of multiple tasks.

• Must work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
