About the Role

This position will focus on commercialization and market expansion for our venous franchise.  This senior manager will both launch as well as commercialize new products globally, scoping out the future footprint of technology capabilities within this rapidly growing space.  The responsibilities include developing business plans and managing marketing programs in partnership with global and cross-functional colleagues.  This individual is an experienced marketer demonstrating strength in franchise management and commercialization workstreams.

Your responsibilities include

  • Creates innovative downstream marketing strategies to effectively and efficiently launch a new technology, meeting revenue and overarching business goals
  • Have experience launching new technologies in global markets, working directly with the regional teams
  • Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to plan, execute, and track launch activity
  • Global product management of a high growth product family
  • Assess market trends and advise the organization in future portfolio opportunities
  • Ability to both plan and execute multiple product launches in key high-growth markets
  • Support the creation and drive the fulfillment of Franchise Strategic Plans while partnering with global, cross-functional team members
  • High sales force engagement and exposure to industry tradeshows to gain market insight and provide education/training
  • Develops and executes promotional plans to meet franchise strategic objectives
  • Execute with speed and agility
  • Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best

What we’re looking for

  • BA/BS required, Master’s/MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare or medical device experience strongly preferred
  • Able to analyze and think creatively about competitive markets to uncover strategic growth opportunities
  • Must have commercialization experience in a marketing environment
  • Ability to manage product launches and commercialization experience required
  • Demonstrated success collaborating as an integral cross-functional team member
  • International experience a plus
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clinical expertise in medical device product line or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise
  • Position requires ~30% travel (including international travel)
