About the Role

Develops and delivers product, clinical, and sales training and education initiatives for Structural Heart Therapies field representatives. Monitors and evaluates employee product training needs to ensure the ongoing development of employees' ability to meet customer and product technology demands of the company.

 

Your Responsibilities include:

•Develops and conducts product training curriculum and education programs for Structural Heart Therapies field personnel including sales and clinical support representatives.

•Monitors the training of field personnel by reviewing job requirements and other knowledge requirements as outlined in the training plan to ensure employees are properly trained in product, processes, and procedures.

•Implements measurements to improve trainee performance or enhance employee technical product knowledge in coordination with Management.

•Coordinates field mentorships, skills assessments, certification process and homework assignments.

•Facilitates continuing educational opportunities for Structural Heart Therapies field roles with emphasis on WATCHMAN.

•Collaborates with cross-divisional training functions and implements global best practices.

•Assists with ad hoc training requests in support of global product launches.

•Attends professional conferences to build networks of contacts, advance technical knowledge, and ensure professional expertise is maintained.

 

What we are looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree

•5+ years of clinical and/or training work experience in medical device/healthcare industry

•Structural Heart (WATCHMAN/LAAC, TAVR, etc.) Product / Training Certification 

•Must be have basic competency in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,).

•Must be a self-starter with a clear focus on curriculum development.

•Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage requests coming from a variety of sources/users.

•Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•MN-based preferred.  If field based, must be able to travel to MN for all training sessions 60+% travel
