Supply Chain Learning and Development Administrator III


About the Role:


The Supply Chain Planning Administrator role will focus on improving organizational and leadership effectiveness and build workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance and the quality of patient care. 

This is accomplished by effectively delivering the end-to-end life cycle of a learning process to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, personalized and seamlessly. Provides learning and development coordination and administrative support for classes and other development activities across the globe working with multiple business functions in end to end supply chain planning.


Your Responsibilities Include:


  • Consults with managers & leaders in the business & functions to understand business problems and opportunities to enhance human performance through training.
  • Collaborates with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for learning plan development. 
  • Coordinates the delivery of learning solutions including any re-training actions necessary. 
  • Documents training and manages learning and development plans.  May support the development and use of reports to support Management Review, and manage accountability.
  • Create and manages curriculums on internal corporate learning systems and assigning trainings to job roles.  Running ad hoc reports as necessary.
  • Ensures the training materials are maintained by the content owners and schedules online and face to face trainings with internal and external partners.
  • Manages calendars and planning of learning programs on a rolling quarterly basis.
  • Assists in managing onsite program logistics.  Completing the room set up and tear down.  Ensures computers, projectors and other equipment is working.  Tracks/manages prework as required.  Orders materials, assemble as necessary and ensure they are ready for the classroom.  Ensures printed handouts, rosters, name tents and sign in sheets are taken care of.  For virtual programs, supports virtual set-up and tracking.
  • Set up web conferencing events.  Experience with web conferencing tools would be a benefit.
  • Works with external learning vendors to secure courses, dates.


What We’re Looking For:


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required and 3 - 5 Years of related work experience or 1 - 3 Years with MBA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with web and tele-conferencing options and coordination would be preferred.
