About the role

Support Enterprise Marketing initiatives, including competitive intelligence, through analysis of current business trends, customer and marketing insights, new market opportunities, and competitor trends.  Additionally, this role will coordinate the internal idea generation program.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Competitive Intelligence:  Coordinate all corporate competitive intelligence work, including competitive earnings call summaries, competitive investor presentations, and other industry competitive reporting.
  • Analyzes global marketplace trends and works with the business unit to interpret trends and integrate into strategy formulation.  Conducts market research, (secondary and primary in order to understand future technology opportunity, segmentation, and rate of adoption). 
    • Market Research Analysis, tool and data management
    • Owns the execution of targeted primary market research studies, including data analysis
    • Manage divisional market research tools (e.g. Market Site, AlphaSite) and secondary data (IMS, MRG, other reports)
  • Global Market Assessment:  Analyzes global markets through strategic assessment, identifying opportunities and guiding business decision-making on priorities.  Analyzes market segments, dynamics, trends, and potential to validate future strategic program segments.
  • Key elements of the research will include:
    • Competitive analyses to understand competitive products, pricing, distribution channels and product positioning
    • Evaluation the financial impact of different strategies
    • Scenario planning with multiple competitors


What we’re looking for in you

  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Finance, Market Research or business strategy/analytics required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills required.  Proficiency analytical tools like Tableau and Excel required.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on deliverable/analysis quality and accuracy
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to effectively manage/execute multiple simultaneous tasks
