The Senior/Principal Financial Analyst will play a key role in the Operations Finance group. The individual will provide planning, reporting, and analytical support to senior staff and will be a key contributor to understanding and communicating the financial performance of the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial planning and analysis that includes; annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly actuals for Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • Month end close including accruals for business units and close interaction with plant Finance teams to generate financial and operational reporting.
  • Responsible for analysis of trends as well as any ad hoc support.
  • Represents finance on key initiatives working to resolve and improve common related issues.
  • Strategic Plan Assistance
  • File maintenance and reconciliation of variances and reserves, headcount, and expenses for Corporate Operations
  • Assistance with integrations and Acquisitions into the Operations Manufacturing Network
  • Standard Cost Accounting documentation and assistance across the Operations Manufacturing network

What we’re looking for:

Minimal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • 4-7 years of financial analysis, planning, and business support experience
  • Strong systems skills including familiarity with Hyperion Planning and SAP and strong MS Excel skills
  • Must be able to work well in a complex, highly matrixed worldwide organization and be able to simplify that matrix for reporting and analytical purposes.


The successful candidate will need to exhibit the following skills:

  • Ability to consolidate, synthesize and report on large amounts of financial data.
  • Very strong financial analysis skills. Attention to detail & data accuracy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and act in a consultative role.
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills are crucial.  The environment is fast-paced and multi-tasking is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will show drive and ambition to develop and grow into more senior finance roles.


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Prior experience in a medium to large company
  • Cost/Manufacturing Finance experience
