Purpose

Working with the Divisional Training Manager New Cardio to build and deliver training; training administration, logistics and materials management.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the content and layout of results-oriented training modules, communications, surveys, forms, and training presentations for the New Cardio Product & Therapy trainings.  Provides recommendations for content improvements.  Assist in the maintenance of existing training presentations, department presentations, and communications.  High leadership standards through role-modelling and coaching during training activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Divisional Training Manager to develop the training content, pre and post self-guided learning & calls, surveys, forms, communications, and business updates for New Cardiology product and therapy training
  • Deliver and own all of the Cardiology Foundation Course (CFC) & Advanced Complex-PCI training material
  • Work with Educare team for Structural Heart CFC
  • Calendar management for programs - manage calendar and planning for programs to ensure there is enough capacity to meet demand.  Classes should be scheduled on a rolling 6-12 months
  • Track changes and update the content of the new hire training classes
  • Design and develop save the dates, checklist, trackers, and reports to convey meeting results
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team to ensure the training content is relevant and competitive intent is up to date
  • Maintaining a stock of training samples, literature & other media.
  • Recommend instructional / graphical methods for conveying medical / sales information
  • Working with the EMEA Marketing & Educare teams to coordinate and streamline the setup and execution of the training classes and meetings
  • Work with the Divisional Training Manager on various department specific projects, special projects, and product promotions
  • Track compliance of all pre-work, in-class training and post-work requirements (quiz scores, eLearning, case reporting etc.)
  • Execute performance measurement tools following each training class and meeting
  • Agility to modify plan based on business need
  • Adoption and champion of new technologies to improve outcome of the learner
  • Manage L&R approval for Training Materials
  • Work with Educare team for Structural Heart CF

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within Coronary Interventions
  • Related work experience in training and / or curriculum design & development advantageous
  • Must be highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,)
  • Must be a self-starter with a clear focus on curriculum development and deployment
  • Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage requests coming from a variety of sources
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, high visibility environment
  • Ability to portray confidence while presenting to others with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language a necessity.  Additional European language is ideal
