Industrial Engineer III

Purpose Statement:

• Lead to implement value improvement and waste elimination projects that drive plant and company performance improvements while promoting the development and advancement of the lean culture within the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Essential tools in production for standardization.
• Consistently plans and facilitates successful Kaizens by demonstrating clear and confident communication while engaging and adapting to the audience to meet desired outcomes.
• Learning to demonstrate and teach others about our BSC principles, as well as the fundamental lean mindset.
• Collaborating with various departments to implement process improvements.
• Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Data collection to identify trends and provide areas for improvement.
• Providing training to educate on operational excellence principles
• Promote and assess Continuous Improvement efforts
• Constantly promote, educate and instill the culture of waste identification and elimination throughout the plant in manufacturing and support areas.
• Execute plan for deployment of Lean toolkits in workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• More than 5 years experience in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, production background
• Proficient in executing operation excellence on delivering improvement result, Production Essential, Delivering Excellence
  on continuous improvement experience
• Required skill(s): Ability to plan and execute actions meeting business goal aligning to strategy goal and objectives. Strong communication skill to influence and delivering projects into actions to achieve high performance result
