Office Coordinator

(workplace: Prague)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Team management: making sure that Team acts according to the BSC rules, BSC policies, interact/cooperate smoothly with the sales team and the management, recruiting, new team members induction, timesheet management
  • Dosimeters – orders and distribution
  • Support for HR with some benefits management
  • Office Management: assure smooth run of the office and that office equipment and all facilities are optimal
  • Creating all internal orders for the office
  • Cooperation with vendors as a first contact point: IT, building, Plants provider, Parking service, Office supplies
  • Keeping the data box, collecting data, assigned as BSC representative to obtain an electronical signature for BSC employees
  • Keeping record of access cards
  • Office furniture inventory
  • Maintaining of first aid kit, book of injuries
  • Ordering of marketing materials for the team
  • Fleet management: communication with Provider regarding administration (authorizations, fuel cards, fines, motorway stickers etc.), conducting the binders with all the documentation, handing over company cars
  • Internal BSC events: organizing internal event such as, Country meetings, Christmas dinners

 

 

Requirements

  • Ideally 3-4 years relevant office management experience within a professional / corporate environment
  • Results orientated Candidate with project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in managing and leading people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy is essential
