General Summary


Evolving to a fully operational “Multi-Channel” approach is one of BSC EMEA’s key strategic initiatives. A crucial element of the Multi-Channel Sales organization is the efficient utilization of the Inside Sales channel and to penetrate new customer segments as well as grow in currently served customers.


The key objectives of our Inside Sales Function are:

  1. Scale up the inside sales channel as proven, profitable business models
  2. Leverage inside sales organization to penetrate and grow our business in the so-far under-tapped customer segments
  3. Continuous improvement of processes to deliver revenue and business objectives profitably and in line with the divisional strategies
  4. To consolidate and standardize our various internal inside sales initiatives and leverage their years of learning and data to incorporate best practices into the model
  5. To incorporate into our inside sales model, learnings and best practices from external sources and internal precedencies
  6. The ideation, defining and execution of Telemarketing campaigns


Purpose Statement


The Inside Sales Operations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of the inside sales team. The function of this role is to provide coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps. The role reports into the EMEA Inside Sales Leader. Under the general supervison of the EMEA Leader this role will be also responsible for the stakeholder management and multi divisional coordination in the assigned region.

It is a part of a team constituting the Multichannel Center of Excellence and will collaborate closely with the Divisional stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Management of Inside sales teams

  • Weekly check of actual versus target sales and process metrics situation
  • Daily objectives and work planning
  • Team motivation and performance enhancement meetings at appropriate cadence
  • Weekly Sales Review with Sales Cloud (our Customer Relationship Management system) and Tableau (Our Reporting and Analytics system) on customer level, check of franchise mix and the sales activities per account with the sales reps
  • Execution of Telemarketing campaigns


    Training & coaching

  • Organizing trainings and system access
  • Coaching of Inside Sales Reps
  • Recruiting and Onboarding of new Inside Sales Reps
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement


Infrastructure and Technology

  • Drive implementation and adoption of the technology platforms in their own teams
  • Escalation of Sales Cloud and IT issues


What we are looking for


  • Previous experience in Telesales/Inside Sales preferably in a regulated environment as in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical
  • Other industry experience and exposure to best practices in a telemarketing / telesales function is highly desirable
  • Sales Management and coaching skills
  • Ability to drive for results and be tenacious
  • Direct CRM experience in Telemarketing / Telesales tools
  • Fluent in English and native speaker in local language of the team
  • Location: Ratingen office based role
