About the Role:

Core objective of this role is to support BSC Divisions to continuously improve sales force performance, defining and managing metrics, performance criteria, policies, procedure, system and tools that drive sales productivity and effectiveness


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to continuously improve sales force productivity.
  • Manage territory sizing & optimization for increased sales force performance and productivity.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive key initiatives to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Assist with implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives, ensuring they are in alignment with EMEA objectives.
  • Manage EMEA processes, policies, procedures, systems, and tools that drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
    Identify new tool sets for increased sales productivity and effectiveness and drive implementation and maintenance.
  • Provide leadership for defining, implementing, and driving adoption of sales process and methodology.
  • Review and provide guidelines and best practices for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Analyze and respond to changing market conditions, to include competitive benchmarking.
  • Analyze trends which involve producing statistical reports on individual performance and sales trends.
  • Responsible for reporting on the overall performance and productivity of customer facing functions
    Collaborate with EMEA CoE, EMEA Sales Ops, EMEA Finance and EMEA SPE to define new metrics and launch scalable and automated dashboards.
  • Identify user and analytical requirements and assist in the preparation of Business Requirement documents and design of business solutions.
  • Determine, design and advocate for software tools or modifications to improve efficiencies.
    Successfully drive organizational change.



What we are looking for:


  • Degree in statistics, economics or sciences
  • Preferably prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department 
  • Excellent command of English
  • knowledge of Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • knowledge of the main statistical analysis software ( Minitab/SPSS)
  • knowledge of the main sales and market research data analysis applications
  • Expertise in statistics applied to data analysis
  • Expertise in RightSizing and Territory Design methodologies
  • Project Management and team-working skills/training skills
