Boston Scientific is currently seeking an exceptional Sales Administration Analyst I to join our winning team in São Paulo.

 

Purpose

 

  • To provide customer service support for BSC products by processing customer and internal product / service orders, responding to and tracking pre-sales and post-sales product-related inquiries and service needs. Serves as the country customer’s point-of-contact regarding product availability, pricing, scheduling, delivery status; strives to maintain customer goodwill by providing responsive customer service.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Process orders coming in via electric file, fax, e-mail or telephone.
  • Process trunk stock deliveries to sales representatives, as well as inventory transfers.
  • Monitor the complete delivery processes.
  • Arrange special deliveries on request.
  • File ordering documents and related records.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  • Follow-up short term consignment stocks with customers and sales representatives.
  • Respond to questions from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and/or doctors about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.

  • Order Taking Processes: Order Entry – Sales; Order Entry – Consignment (Billing / Replenishments); Price List Maintenance / Checking (Normal / Special / Contract Pricelist); Adjustment Processing (Sample / Good Exchange / Product Complain); Customers / Products Master Maintenance; Product Returns and Credits Notes.
  • Quality: Ensure understanding of the SOP’s related to Product Complaints and Field Corrective Actions; Ensure that product complaints are reported within the allowed timeframes by detecting quality related issues and acting upon them; Contribute to the timely closure of Field Corrective Actions.

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing or any other related field
  • Previous experience processing Sales Orders
  • Advanced English
