Boston Scientific is currently seeking an exceptional Technical Services Manager I to join our winning team in São Paulo.



•    Comply with all policies related to Field Service assistance

•    Lead a team with 5 people

•   Manage technical assistance subcontractors

•   Ensure that New Product Launch commitments are met at time of launch including availability of FRU's, field installation readiness, training documentation/delivery, and Preventive Maintenance plans & procedures

•   Develop, mentor, and train the Service Development Engineering team.  Ensure training plans and records are complete for entire staff

•   Control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.

•    Develop and Presents reports and recommendations to management.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Engineer (Eletrical, Mechnical or related).MBA will be considered as a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Desirable Spanish)

  •  Previous experience in the area

  •  Microsoft Office Packaging

  • BI (Tableau) as plus
  • Frequent traveler
