About the role:
The Patient and Physician Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive strategy to increase Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) patient referrals from healthcare providers.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and execute referral program strategies
  • Establish clear protocols and processes for referral management
  • Create and maintain tracking systems for referral metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and practices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including surgeons and clinical staff to develop key insights to enhance program effectiveness
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders for program
  • Develop educational materials and resources
  • Work on distribution plans and optimization of materials and resources
  • Track and analyze patterns and conversion rates
  • Generate regular performance reports
  • Identify trends and opportunities for program improvement
  • Develop targeted communication strategies for referring physicians
  • Create and maintain referral marketing materials
  • Manage digital platforms

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in strategic relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with CRM systems, EMR systems, and healthcare analytics (such as: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, Epic, Evident, Praxis, Athenahealth)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of medical referral processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with developing compelling marketing materials

Maximum Salary: $164500 

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
