About the role:

The Quality Specialist position will support the Quality System to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations and standards.  This entails the management of supporting Quality System Management sub-processes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support the conduction of Quality System internal audits.
  • Support external audits including site, SME, and audit backroom preparation.
  • Ensure the site is compliant with State License.
  • Perform collection, analysis, and trending of quality indicator data in support of Management Review.
  • Assist in identifying, prioritizing and resolving quality issues identified by metrics.
  • Facilitate the Product Inquiry Report (PIR) process exercising judgement to recommend solutions to resolve conflicting/missing information.
  • Support compliance of the Quality System by completing the site compliance matrix for Global procedures that have been assessed by SMEs.
  • Enforce good documentation practices in all documents.
  • Initiate, investigate, and assist in generation and completion of NCEPs.
  • Support projects as required by Management.

 

What we're looking for:

Qualifications

  • BA or BS Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Quality role preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to exercise judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate well and collaborate with company and external contacts.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
