Junior HR Specialist

 

Work place: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and advice to the Managers and Co-workers,
  • Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan according to the Global Corporate plan,
  • Contacts with Providers, supervision of incoming timesheets, short-term inquiries, requests
  • Health and safety requirements – organizing trainings for employees, supervision of periodic health and safety trainings as well as cooperation with payroll provider in this regard
  • Issuing Internal Orders and circulation of invoices 
  • Management of personnel and payroll documentation and cooperation with payroll provider (documents of new employees, etc.)
  • Benefits management
  • Coordination of the recruitment processes
  • Time and attendance system management, assistance in current issues, short onboarding trainings regarding time registration and leaves from work
  • Coordination of documents
  • Supervision of financing corrective glasses and contact lenses, required for computer work
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on use of annual leave & overtime
  • Ensure adequate communication (cyclical, updates in law, etc.) and reporting

    Requirements:

  • 1 year of professional Human Resource experience as HR Specialist/ or 2 years as HR Assistant,
  • knowledge and experience in HR processes, tools and working methods according to work focus – recruitment processes, competence development, trainings,
  • acquainted with Polish labour law,
  • quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands,
  • good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills,
  • ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing,
  • fluent in written and spoken English and Polish,
  • educational background within Human Resources or equivalent
