Regulatory Affairs Specialist

(Regions of responsibilities: EMEA)



  • Providing regulatory support to the Regulatory teams throughout EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) region in some cross-divisional activities.
  • Maintaining the Regulatory database based on the information received from US Teams and from internal processes. Database contains regulatory information for all Boston Scientific Medical Devices.
  • Tracking the documentation changes via internal systems.
  • Developing and maintaining a link for Divisional RA teams, staying up to date with new products certifications and recertification’s.
  • Supporting tender operations by timely supply of accurate regulatory documents.
  • Completing the mandatory Quality training subject to the defined timeline and ensuring compliance with internal Quality system and policy.  



We are looking for a person who:

  • Freely communicates in English (both writing and speaking)
  • Has higher education
  • Has standard computer skills (including MS Office)
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Medical Company is welcome but is not a must
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Likes to work both independently and in a team
  • Is characterized by excellent organization of its own work
  • Is conscientious & accurate
