The OPS PM will lead new product development activities within the Urology and Pelvic Health (UroPH) division. In this role you will focus on operation related activities and collaborate cross-functionally to lead projects that are critical to business goals. We are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated project management experience. Prior experience in transfer to production is required. Experience in the medical devices industry, and multidisciplinary product development are an advantage.
Your Responsibilities Include:

Lead cross-functional project teams to the successful completion of project goals. Work includes ensuring scope of work, costs, schedules, and risks are properly planned, resourced, and managed.

Drive results by acting with speed and agility. Eliminate blockers, identify project risks and areas that need improvement and act to solve and advance them with the relevant stakeholders.

Lead transition to BSC quality system and drive project phase-gate tasks and deliverables guided by company policies, guidelines and procedures.

Manage detailed project plans and schedules. Drive the execution of project tasks, monitor progress, provide project updates on a consistent basis and report out and up project progress and status.

Oversee project procurement management and Build readiness through all project phases including transfer to production and commercial builds.

Lead process development activities through all project phases (MI, PV, PRA, EQ, etc.)
Requirements:

BSc in Engineering or equivalent
-
Over 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager focused on transfer to production

Over 3 years of demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams like Production, Engineering, NPI/ Process development, Quality, Global sourcing, Supply chain, marketing and R&D.

Leadership and good communication skills, experience working in collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality in a matrix organization

Organizational and analytical skills with attention to details

Creative and agile mindset, Self-starter, Productive, highly motivated with “can do” approach and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel - advanced level) and MS Project

Working knowledge in medical device industry is an advantage.
