About the role: 

The Director HRBP Information Technology will be accountable for creating, influencing and driving a wide-ranging spectrum of world-class human resources strategies aligned with the company’s corporate vision and designed to achieve global operations business initiatives and strategies. In this role, the Director will act as the trusted advisor to the Enterprise AI, Enterprise IT, & Commercial IT global teams.  They will partner with the CIO and other senior business leaders to guide, develop and drive organizational effectiveness, support the execution of business strategy via alignment of HR initiatives and processes. They will consult and partner with Sr Leadership to understand their business objectives and define the talent management strategies to deliver those business objectives.   

 

The Director HRBP reports directly to the VP HR for GBS, IT, and Digital.  The role will be based in Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough MA.  

  

 

Your responsibilities include:  

  • HR Business Strategy:  Define, develop and implement meaningful HR business strategies, plans and initiatives for optimal structure and resource plans, aligned with the specific needs of a global organization. 
  • Talent Acquisition: Build a robust workforce plan and ensure execution of the plan within the various locations. Together with the senior leadership team, build plans to attract key talent for the organization. 
  • Effective HR Service Delivery: Leverage HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business.   Ensure strategies and initiatives link closely with globally established processes and systems. 
  • Talent Management and Development: Develop and lead the talent agenda process, which includes creating plans that assess talent, perform pipeline analysis and fill gaps to develop and move people within the enterprise as appropriate. 
  • Build Culture:  Work closely with management to drive and embed company values and behaviors and ensure leaders leverage these to motivate and engage a global high performing team. 
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives 
  • Coach and Mentor: Act as a coach and mentor to the leadership. Position him or herself as a credible advisor.  
  • HR Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guide the Global HR team in the design, development and execution of organizational initiatives. Provide inclusive leadership including those who do not report directly into this position  
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and implement human capital reporting, metrics and analytics tools and processes to drive data driven decisions. 

  

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field of study 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience and impact in a progressive Human Resources organization or relevant business environment 
  • Demonstrated cultural agility and ability to effectively lead and collaborate globally 
  • Strong business acumen coupled with proven, in-depth experience in assessing, identifying, designing and implementing talent management and organization effectiveness initiatives. 
  •  Experience initiating and leading change initiatives.  
  • A deep understanding of how to build talent in an organization with experience creating engagement and retention strategies and plans for successful deployment. 
  • Strong commitment to defining and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies. 
  • Previous experience in guiding, coaching and leading senior executives as a credible business advisor 
  • Ability to envision, drive and manage complex organizational change and development coupled with timely follow-through to ensure successful outcomes. 
  • Executive presence and polish, with strong, ethics and intellectual honesty. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong networks

  • Self-directed work style, able to work independently with minimal direction and deliver results with customer service skills and operates with urgency.  
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complicated issues.
