About the role:

We are looking for a passionate person for developing knowledge regarding our products, therapies, and products in Cardiac Rhythm and Electrophysiology. We are looking for someone who executes division strategy, delivers sales objectives, and provide therapeutic solutions by attending procedures, market development, and provide excellent post sales service.

 

This position develops commercial relationships with channel partners, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare ecosystem, in general. Also creates product demand and has monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Sales rep will go through all training process about rhythm management devices, from fundamentals, up to cardiac rhythm devices and electrophysiology cases and arrhythmias. Sales Rep II should also be able to provide support in rhythm management implants and procedures.

 

The use of Salesforce and Tableau as CRMs should be use for activities, cases, trainings, and sales strategies follow up. Strong organizational, time management and data driven decision making skills is required.

 

 

Required qualifications:

  • English: 80%
  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience on rhythm management devices company.
  • Availability to travel
  • Cell phone is given as a tool to be carried 24/7
  • Based in Mexico City

 

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge on Healthcare ecosystem. Biomedical Engineering environment.

Looking towards a sales rep who has negotiation skills, creates long terms relationships, communication skills, sense of urgency, patient centricity attitude, teamwork and results oriented.
