Clinical IT Solutions Manager

Your Role:

As an IT Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in our clinical IT space. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to execute clinical trials effectively and enhance patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Inspire and Lead:

Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for your team to thrive.
Provide mentorship and guidance to develop their skills and capabilities.
Strategic Vision: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business strategies and clinical objectives.
Drive the development of solution roadmaps that support our long-term goals.

Deliver Results:

Lead the team in achieving key milestones and delivering high-quality solutions.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our clinical solutions innovative.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Financial Stewardship:

Manage the clinical IT budget effectively, delivering value while optimizing costs.
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and agreements that support our objectives.

What we are Looking for:

A passion for making a difference in healthcare through technology.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT with a track record of success.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. C1+ (80%-90%)
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than twice per quarter).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, in particular experience with clinical trials management
Proficiency in agile methodology and product management practices.
Strong technical background with experience in data analytics and reporting.
Proven ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously.
