As pricing function, we aim to foster accelerated profitable growth by collaborating closely with various business units. Our focus is on streamlining pricing strategy, governance, execution, and monitoring within the Growth Emerging Markets region, covering 97 countries. This role is pivotal in expanding our team's capacity and reinforcing our commitment to building a sustainable organization. You will learn and grow through collaboration with various internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer care) to execute pricing projects and create valuable impact in the organization by optimizing prices and improving processes. 

Key Responsibilities

· Compile data from multiple sources and conduct analytics for pricing projects

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

· Generate periodic pricing performance reports and presentations using dashboards

· Conduct detailed analyses to tackle pricing challenges and identify opportunities

· Develop and utilize analytics tools to facilitate data-driven pricing decisions.

· Promote the use of pricing analytics, fostering a culture of informed decision-making

Role Requirements

· Excellent collaboration skills and team player

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 minimum)

· Preferably 4th year student or graduate of economics, business, industrial engineering, or a similar field

· Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

· High motivation, positive attitude, and a proactive approach

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
