Sales Capabilities Programme Lead (m/f/d)

 

 

The Commercial Capabilities cross divisional EMEA team is responsible for defining and driving our commercial capabilities strategy in EMEA. The team is focused on enabling our sales & marketing people to be at their best and deliver on our EMEA commercial expectations.

The Sales Capabilities Center of Excellence (CoE) focuses on the future of sales and selling. We build sales capabilities, evaluate role evolution and provide role clarity. We evaluate and establish targeted needs-based learning & development for our sales and clinical sales organisation and partner with functions/CoEs and the businesses to drive sales and selling excellence and innovation in EMEA ensuring a differentiated people experience and sustained business growth. The Sales Capabilities Programme Lead role is responsible for building sales capabilities programmes that are fit for purpose, address specific strategic business and people needs, ensure a positive people experience and are executed with impact.

This role will report directly to the Sales Capabilities CoE Senior Manager EMEA. The role can be located in any of the HUBs Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, France, Poland.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Direct responsibility/contributing to various Sales Capabilities programmes & initiatives. The role will be involved in prioritized strategic initiatives deriving from the EMEA Strategic Plan that have high visibility across the organisation (up to EMEA Senior Leadership) and have expected high impact.

· Planning, driving execution and support the positioning and embedding of our programmes and initiatives with stakeholders and the divisions, with focus on the people impact.

· Project management and programme life cycle management.

· Vendor management with a particular focus on operationalization & continuous improvement efforts (through targeted user feedback collection).

· Internal functional/CoE & divisional stakeholder management, partnering with stakeholders and divisions.

· Development & execution of targeted programme communication plans.

· Monitor the changing environment (external / internal) around future sales and selling, learning & development, design & content development, conduct competency target and needs & gap analysis.

 

Profile Requirements:

 

· A BA/BS undergraduate degree as minimum qualification

· Strong oral and written communication skills - fluency in English is essential (Additional language skills - German, French, Italian, Spanish is an asset)

· Experience in a similar role: a background in sales is highly considered. Learning & Development (L&D) experience, instructional L&D design, including digital asset development and implementation are assets that will be highly considered.

· Demonstrate Digital Agility (Digital Proficiency, Data Insights, Digital User and Customer Engagement and Experience).

· Demonstrate business acumen, willingness to understand our businesses, strategy, drivers.

· Relevant Project/Programme Management skills from planning & analysis, design to implementation and embedding, incl. change management practice.

· Vendor management experience is a plus.

· Strong customer/user focus, stakeholder management with influential skills, and collaboration.

· An innovative and strategic mindset are essential for the role.

· A demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and work with or manage cross-cultural and virtual teams.

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment with agility and flexibility.

· A strong team player within an innovative, dynamic team and working independently.

· Energetic, enthusiastic, outcome oriented, curious with an innovative mindset.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

· Experience with CRM platforms and LMS are valuable assets.

· Be willing and able to travel if required.
