Key Responsibilities

•      Develops the governance model and communication approach for the Acotec commercial/ new opportunity assessment to make sure the assessment is executed in a structured, standardised, repeatable and efficient way. Delivering on the measured value proposition & ensuring that the change(s) being managed are adopted and becomes new normal.

•      Oversees multiple division commercialization assessment progress and ensure on-time delivery. Ultimately responsible for the success of all interconnected  projects in different divisions. Facilitate cross-functional and cross division communications.

•      Support Acotec assessment lead to consolidate X-division commercialization opportunities. Provide a full picture to Acotec steerco for investment prioritization and decision making.

•      Support Assessment Lead to align the assessment results, the prioritization and the executional plan with the Acotec team.

•      Change management to drive the execution and deliverables.

Preferred Qualification

•       Strategic thinking and commercial knowledge is required. BSC Internal transfer is preferred.

•       Experienced in cross-functional or cross-divisional coordination; able to manage stakeholders of different background.

•       Chinese speaking.
