1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

About the role: 
To assist in the day to day operation, organize, quote, and prioritize requests, and order supplies necessary to support Spencer facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentor toolmakers and establish best practices.
• Assist is component manufacture.
• Print, quote, and prioritize work requests according to completion date or project status.
• Maintain on-time performance thru organizing workload and communication with machinists and customers.
• Communicate issues which impede progress to the Supervisor.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and implement best practices to ensure the highest quality parts at the lowest cost.
• Order necessary supplies, efficiently as possible, to ensure the shop continues to operate smoothly and to complete requests on schedule.
• Complete month end reconciling for purchasing.
• Assist in inspection and outsourcing of components.
• Perform various CAD operations and dimension verification.

Required qualifications:

• 6 Years with Associate in Arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
