About the Role: 

 

Payroll Intern will work closely with our HR and GBS Teams supporting EMEA countries in delivery smooth payroll to BSC employees. He/she will use top class ERP systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and SAP daily to perform different tasks supporting payroll processing and address queries from our stakeholders. Payroll Intern’s role is a key to facilitate numerous changes and process improvements in the organisation. He/she will have unique opportunity to support implementation of new ideas in collaboration with other parts of the BSC organisation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Work closely with the HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region 

Creation and upload of content (e.g. FAQs) into newly setup intranet (payroll subpage) 

Review and triage of new ServiceNow employee queries 

Creation and running ad hoc ServiceNow reports   

Export data from SAP ECC for reconciliation purpose 

Analysis of employee master data (SuccessFactors reports) 

Support automation projects (e.g. testing new macros)

 

Profile Requirements: 
 

Advanced Excel skills 

Good understanding of Microsoft Office 

Advanced analytical and numerical skills 

Enthusiastic student of final year of bachelor studies or master level 

Attentive to details (accuracy) is a must 

Polish native with excellent English oral and written communication skills is a must (minimum B2) 

Strong ability to create and maintain relationships 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Good time management 

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
