PURPOSE STATEMENT:

 

To help the Division evolving our data-driven commercial excellence strategy aligning it to local market dynamics and to prompt internal execution and mindset shift around key marketing and commercial areas (e.g. deal design strategies, pricing).  

As part of the EMEA Customer & Commercial Engagement team, this role is accountable for the Eastern Cluster (Poland, Greece and Czech Republic) and partners with both Sales and Marketing organizations to set and implement best-in-class commercial strategies to fuel BSC Division’s growth ambitions.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Identify the most important existing Business Intelligence reports per role [FIRA, Sales Performance, Customer Interaction Report, Asset Usage, Opportunity Pipeline…] 

  • Ensure that all Sales/Marketing organization members adopt and make good regular use of the reports  

  • Define and create clear/intuitive content guidelines for Sales/Mkt stakeholders on “How to properly use and Business report in Tableau” [FAQs website / Small-Videos / Pdf / Playbooks]. 

  • Define how/when each Tableau report is meant to be used [QBRs, PDCs, 1to1 Meetings...] 

  • Coaching/training/Troubleshooting and all sort of Business Analytics Reports 

  • To ensure data consistency across all the reports and databases [e.g. Account/Franchise Potentials] 

  • Capture the need and specificities for the development of new reports and coordinate with the Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst to make sure that these reports do become a reality 

  • Coordinate the activities related to the creation of a centralized and intuitive software platform (within SalesCloud) that helps users to easily find and use all the existing reports 

  • Make sure all different roles and stakeholders and subscribed to the appropriate reports 

  • Proactively analyze reports created by other divisions, geographies and define implementation plans if need it 

  • Monitor the usage of each different report by role and propose improvements in case of low usage and low value contribution  

  • First level technical & functional support. Become the first level support for all the members of the division. 

  • Enable feedback channels. Set up feedback channels to capture new ideas that will improve the Business Intelligence platform.  

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Financial planning and similar roles within a structured environment (in the Healthcare/LifeScience industry is a strong plus). 
  • Fluency in English and either Polish or Greek (depending on location). 
  • Knowledge of reporting & analytics platforms (Tableau and SalesCloud is a strong plus). 
  • Bachelor’s degree or MS - preferred in Economics, Management, Finance, Statistics, Engineering 
  • Field/Sales experience is a plus.  
  • Proven good communication skills, comfortable delivering content to various audiences including senior management. 
  • Strong collaboration mindset and a dual-faced strategic and execution attitude, supported by a solid set of analytical skills and a deep knowledge of country-specific market dynamics. 
  • Good project management and influencing skills.
