Commercial Insights Lead, PI Northern Cluster
About the role:
As the Commercial Insights Lead for the Peripheral Interventions (PI) Northern Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with country teams to uncover growth opportunities, streamline complexity, and support transformational change initiatives. You will be central to enabling data-driven decisions across the cluster, ensuring that our local teams are empowered with the insights they need to succeed.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA PI, you will collaborate with both cluster and country leadership. You will support and lead cluster-level and local projects, localize program implementation, and enhance analytics tools aligned to business outcomes. Key initiatives include supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-Year Strategic Plan (3YP).

Your responsibilities will include:
● Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
● Own and maintain performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting matrices.
● Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews with insight-driven narratives.
● Deliver customer behavior insights to optimize the sales funnel and strengthen commercial strategies.
● Evaluate market dynamics and ensure data quality across tools and sources.
● Design and map sales territories aligned to market potential and case support.
● Support product segmentation strategies and lead deal simulation design.
● Monitor compliance with commercial commitment levels and provide negotiation support.
● Develop and maintain reporting tools; train stakeholders on analytics platforms and dashboards.
● Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive alignment and efficiency.
● Support inventory optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
● Leverage platforms such as Tableau, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Microsoft Office to enhance business insights.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years' experience in an analytical, commercial insights, or business intelligence role.
● Strong expertise with Tableau and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
● High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
● Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
● Fluent in English and French.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment.
● Familiarity with medical device or healthcare industry data.
● Prior experience supporting strategic planning cycles (AOP, 3YP).
● Knowledge of inventory management principles or commercial operations.
● Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance short-term results with long-term strategy.
