Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst RM (Rhythm Management) EMEA

 

Purpose of the Job:

The Data Analytics and Insights Specialist will be responsible for preparing analytics and insights for key stakeholders within the Division. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and optimization within the C&CE team by integrating the latest developments in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The specialist will promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, optimize data architecture, and support the development and implementation of data collection systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the divisional Sales and Marketing communities.
  • Optimize Data Architecture: Enhance data architecture, integration, and interoperability by leveraging new and existing analytical tools, data sets, and business processes.
  • Develop Predictive Analytics: Create predictive analytics to inform machine learning algorithms, considering the voice of internal customers and the overall objectives of the C&CE team.
  • Support Data Systems Implementation: Aid in the development and implementation of databases and data structures for systems like Salesforce, Sales Cloud, ServiceMax, and SAP data bundling.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy, quality, consistency, and validation processes by establishing acceptance criteria based on current and future business needs.
  • Establish Data Processes: Develop data processes with the Analytics Center of Excellence (Systems, Analytical Tools, and Data requirements) in line with business needs.
  • Improve Reporting Processes: Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Data Science Team: Work with the Analytics Enablement Data Science team to execute and deliver advanced analytics use cases.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Optimize Data Infrastructure: Optimize data infrastructure and ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Enhance BI Reporting: Improve BI (Business Insight) reporting by leveraging multiple data visualization tools.

 

Preferred Key Requirements:

  • Years of Experience: Senior level (3-5 years) of professional experience in similar positions of responsibility within a strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness department.
  • Professional Expertise: Comprehensive understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Project Management: Ability to set priorities and independently drive projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Capable of managing and contributing to multiple projects.
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools and dashboards (preferably Tableau and/or Power BI).
  • Translating Data: Experience in translating data into actionable insights.
