We’re hiring a Cluster FP&A Business Partner to join our expanding Rhythm Management (RM) division — a $1B+ business in EMEA growing rapidly across two key franchises: Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology (EP).
The Northern Cluster (France, UK & Ireland, Nordics, Belgium) is our largest regional business, contributing to a third of EMEA revenues and supported by a team of 250+ commercial professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of strategic decision-making within a high-growth, innovation-driven healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
As the Cluster FP&A Business Partner, you will act as a key advisor to the Cluster Leadership team, helping drive business strategy through strong financial planning, performance analysis, and operational insights.
Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as the primary FP&A contact for Cluster Leadership and divisional FP&A.

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across multiple countries.

Analyzing business performance and advising on resource allocation, cost control, and margin optimization.

Driving monthly and quarterly business reviews and preparing accurate sales estimates.

Supporting decision-making through robust financial modeling, investment analysis, and market insights.

Collaborating closely with EMEA Finance Operations, and mentoring finance peers across the region.

Ensuring compliance with financial controls, SOX, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Championing continuous improvement in financial tools, systems, and processes.
What You Bring
-
5–7+ years of Finance experience, ideally in international FP&A, with a background in audit or accounting. Experience in a U.S. multinational is a plus.

Fluent in English (working language); French is a strong asset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to translate financial insights into business impact and tailor messaging to different audiences.

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Tableau).

Prior experience managing P&L activities for multiple countries in a commercial environment.

Business-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a high level of autonomy.
