The Rhythmia Mapping Specialist provides expert clinical products, technical assistance, and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Rhythmia System during case procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development for Rhythmia System and catheters.
- Educate customers and internal BSC employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of Rhythmia by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments for the Rhythmia system.
- Attend cases in the hospital labs accounts for case support and development efforts of the Rhythmia system and its components.
- Provide initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for the development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on the Rhythmia system, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
- Meet with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape
What we’re looking for in you:
- Minimum of 0-6 months of independent usage of the existing 3D cardiac mapping system and/or a minimum of 1 year of competitive EP clinical experience.
Anticipated annualized base salary for this full-time position will range from $65,000 up to $85,000, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
