About the role:
Primary focus is providing routine (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting support for Materials functions and Production.  Also supports basic ad-hoc requests for data.  Works under close supervision and receives detailed instruction on work procedures.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, document and maintain PC based data collection and analysis tools to enable Materials groups to function efficiently and effectively in order to meet their objectives and successfully complete their initiatives.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities and approaches for automating routine reporting processes.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as identified by Materials personnel.
  • Analyze performance of Materials functions and identify opportunities for improvement (metrics maintenance).
  • Work with users to initiate improvement programs and enhancements to tools and reports.
  • PDM liaison for materials business process document changes and product obsolescence.

 

What we’re looking for in you:
Required Qualifications 

  • 3 + years of experience with end user support
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and leadership
  • Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to ensure timely, value-driven solutions are delivered


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a highly regulated environment
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with SAP, GLS and MES
  • Experience with business software tools including Microsoft Excel
