As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a site systems subject-matter expert, translating manufacturing and distribution requirements into reliable, compliant and scalable solutions across SAP, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and GLS.

In this role, you will partner with Operations, Distribution, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Global IT, product teams and other functional stakeholders to improve process effectiveness, maintain system performance, resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements that support patient safety, product quality, service, cost and operational continuity.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

This position follows a fully on-site work model and requires employees to work at our Johns Creek location five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the Johns Creek subject-matter expert and primary site liaison for SAP, MES and GLS business processes, system capabilities, interfaces and operational use.
  • Analyze manufacturing, material, warehouse, order fulfillment and information flows to identify process gaps, non-value-added activities, control risks and opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  • Translate business needs into clear process maps, functional requirements, configuration concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate and support system configuration, master data changes, enhancements, releases, integrations and reporting solutions in partnership with Global IT, product teams, vendors and site functions.
  • Lead or support incident triage and root-cause analysis for complex system and process issues, coordinating containment, correction, escalation, recovery and preventive actions while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
  • Assess end-to-end system touchpoints and data flows among SAP, MES, GLS, reporting tools, equipment and related site or enterprise applications to identify interface and data integrity risks and drive resolution.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing, regression testing, validation support, defect management and post-implementation verification for system changes and issue resolutions.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, work instructions, support guides, training materials, data definitions and system knowledge to support sustainable site ownership.
  • Develop and deliver role-based training and coach super users and functional partners to strengthen capabilities, adoption and consistent execution across shifts and departments.
  • Build and maintain operational reports, dashboards and analytical tools that improve visibility into system performance, transaction accuracy, process health, service, quality and productivity.
  • Partner with Quality and process owners to maintain compliant system use, appropriate controls, traceability, data integrity and audit readiness in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Lead small- to medium-sized cross-functional projects or significant workstreams, managing scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, schedules, communications and implementation readiness.
  • Evaluate requests and improvement opportunities based on business impact, compliance, risk, resource requirements and expected value, providing data-driven recommendations to site and senior leaders.
  • Participate in launch, cutover, stabilization and on-call or after-hours support when required for critical implementations, releases, shutdowns or business interruptions.
  • Support site systems continuity by maintaining issue logs, escalation paths, support contacts, recovery procedures and cross-training for critical SAP, MES and GLS processes.
  • Perform other duties and support additional site or enterprise systems as business needs evolve.
