The Global Business Services (GBS) team is seeking an Analyst I to join the Global Process Systems and Analytics team. To perform business analysis tasks related to General Ledger Maintenance processes in SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and Trintech Cadency systems. We seek individuals who can support Global Business Service and Business Users in resolving user requests and issues; drive enhancement projects, support S4 HANA implementation with their knowledge, skills, creativity, and teamwork.

 

You're Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide technical support to GBS and Financial departments globally in the maintenance of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Master Data in SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and Trintech Cadency.
  • Adhere to existing internal controls, SOX requirements, and compliance requirements.
  • Creation and maintenance of Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support and work together with S4 HANA implementation team including testing and process updates.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and establishing effective and efficient processes.
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of business applications, as needed.
  • Crosstrain in Trintech Cadency processes and other processes, as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports and status information for management, as needed.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree, active student or equivalent in Accounting.

·       Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       0-2 years’ relevant experience.

·       Desired Knowledge:

o   SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA experience a plus.

o   Trintech Cadency, Blackline, or similar system experience a plus.

·       Must have customer relationship skills with strong service orientation.

·       English Level desired: B2+.

·       Hands on approach with ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.

·       Holds self-accountable to a performance metric culture building performance excellence.

·       Analytic thinking and high attention to details.

·       Active interest in opportunities to improve the efficiency of work.

·       Good self-starter, problem solver, and can work under pressure.

·       Proficient working with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Macro experience a plus.

·       Experience working in a shared service environment is a plus.

·       Strong integrity.

·       Respect for others.
