About the role: Compiles data for analysis, reporting, governance and/or communications to key stakeholders to support business processes.
You're Responsibilities include:
- Support the development of new Service Lines within the Commercial Support team by assisting with research, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Assist in project coordination, helping ensure timelines and quality standards are met, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to process mapping efforts by gathering information and helping document workflows.
- Help maintain departmental documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), by updating content and organizing files.
- Provide input on service improvements, suggesting ideas and supporting the implementation of efficiency initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for new teams when needed, under supervision, to help with onboarding and initial setup.
- Support process creation and improvement activities, such as reviewing data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate on quarterly goal setting, contributing ideas and assisting in tracking progress toward team objectives.
- Help compile performance metrics for departments, including volume, service level, quality, capacity, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly reviews with the Manager and Director by preparing materials and sharing observations.
- Assist in training efforts, helping design materials and share knowledge with team members.
- Guide customer and employee inquiries, conducting research and following up to ensure resolution, with support from senior staff.
- Establishes and/or maintains processes to support the collection and dissemination of such data/information
- Reviews and/or reconciles data to support business processes
- Consistently seeking ways to make department more efficient in the way we capture, process and disseminate data/information
- Actively participates in both system and process improvements
- Create documentation for department procedures as required
- Support adhoc requests and special projects as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- English Level desired: Advanced.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years.
