About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gen AI Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, experience with AWS services, and proficiency in building interactive applications using Streamlit. As a Gen AI Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting teams with AI-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance of AI models, and supporting the deployment of AI applications in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•  AI Solution Support

1. Assist in the deployment, integration, and maintenance of Generative AI models.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune models for specific use cases.  

• Python Development

1.  Develop and maintain Python scripts for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
2.  Create reusable Python modules and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
3.  Debug and optimize Python code for performance improvements.

•  AWS Integration

1. Deploy and manage AI solutions in AWS cloud environments (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3).
2. Monitor and optimize resource utilization for cost-effective cloud computing.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines for streamlined AI application deployment.

•  Streamlit Application Development

1.  Design and build user-friendly dashboards and interactive applications using Streamlit. 
2.  Integrate AI model predictions into Streamlit apps for real-time user interaction.
3. Customize UI/UX to meet end-user requirements and business objectives.

• Collaboration and Documentation

1.  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
2. Document workflows, processes, and technical details for both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Provide training and support to stakeholders on AI tools and applications.

Your Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

1. Proficient in Python programming, with strong knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
2. Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly those used for AI/ML applications.
3. Expertise in developing applications using Streamlit.

• AI Knowledge:

1. Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and frameworks (e.g., GPT, GANs, diffusion models).
2.  Experience in model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Soft Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
3. Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
2. Prior experience with MLOps practices and tools.
3. Knowledge of front-end frameworks and UI/UX principles for Streamlit enhancements
