Role Summary
This role focuses on implementing, managing and optimizing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various downstream applications or vendor systems. The analyst will work closely with HRIT, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and compliance across all HR technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Integration Analysis, & Design
- Gather and document requirements for data exchange between SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking, third-party vendors).
- Work closely with the HRIT developers and business stake holders to design integration workflows leveraging SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), Integration Center, and APIs.
• Configuration & Development Support
- Configure SuccessFactors integration points and support development teams with technical specifications.
- Collaborate on middleware solutions and ensure proper mapping of data fields.
• Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans for integration scenarios, including end-to-end and regression testing.
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot integration issues promptly.
• Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor scheduled jobs and data transfers for failures or anomalies.
- Implement error handling and escalation processes for integration failures
• Compliance & Security
- Ensure integrations adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Ensure compliance to GSM documentation and approvals for all integration enhancements.
• Release Management
- Assess quarterly SuccessFactors releases for impact on existing integrations.
- Coordinate updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Production Support
- Act as the primary liaison between HRIT, IT, and vendor teams for integration-related production support issues
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a business Analyst for HR platform.
• Hands-on experience working with business leaders and customers for requirements gathering, testing and project management tasks including support
• Strong understanding of HR data models and downstream systems (e.g., payroll, benefits).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting integration issues and data mapping.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Sucessfactors HR
• Familiarity with global HR processes and multi-country data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
