About the Role:

 

 

As a Change Management Specialist supporting the AI for Accounts Payable (AP) initiative, you will partner with GBS stakeholders and change network leads to implement change activities that support user readiness, training, and communication. Your role will focus on executing and coordinating change tasks that help teams adopt new ways of working with AI technology. 

 

 

Your responsibilities include: 

 

 

  • Execute change management activities to support the AI for AP initiative, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact tracking. 

  • Identify and document change impacts by capturing, validating, and mapping changes to user roles and affected end-user groups. 

  • Develop and maintain end-user personas to reflect evolving responsibilities associated with AI adoption. 

  • Coordinate with program workstreams to capture, disposition, and communicate business change impacts. 

  • Plan and manage logistics for training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities, including content preparation. 

  • Support the activation of change networks, such as sponsors, leads, and super users, in collaboration with senior team members. 

  • Create and maintain digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, News posts) to ensure program transparency and ongoing engagement. 

  • Assist in drafting and publishing communications aligned with the broader change strategy. 

  • Collect and summarize change readiness and adoption data from surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools. 

  • Support employees through change with empathy and compassion by reinforcing clear, consistent messages and helping impacted teams navigate transitions. 

 

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in change management or a related field. 

  • Experience supporting digital or technology-driven transformations in a business setting. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences. 

  • Ability to manage details and coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated minimum B+ (80%) English proficiency. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

  • Prosci change management certification. 

  • Experience with AI/automation implementations in finance or shared services environments. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools, including SharePoint and its News publishing features.
