About the Role:
We are looking for a CE/CS DevOps Engineer with experience in RedHat Linux or equivalent to join our exciting and fast-paced development team.
The successful candidate who joins us will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, predictable, and repeatable creation of our medical applications. The DevOps Engineer will ensure the timely release of our software medical applications from development to execution and deployment.
Our DevOps tools include Linux, Git, Jenkins, Elastic, FOG, Ansible, bash, Centos7 OS, Rocky OS, Cumulocity, AWS (Amazon Web Services), CloudFront, VMWare vSphere, the Atlassian Suite including Jira and Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Docker.
The Boston Scientific Mapping System centers around a real-time virtual world of the human heart. As a physician probes the heart with a catheter, the system generates an accurate anatomical model of the chamber. High-performance rendering and algorithmic techniques are vital to creating a stunning view and providing the physician with instant feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, design solutions, and remove roadblocks, including debugging and build problem resolution.

Communicate clearly and regularly with developers, QA, technical directors, product owners, and the broader business on infrastructure and release updates.

Support, enhance, and automate CI/CD pipelines, including infrastructure release activities and deployment processes.
-
Monitor system performance and application delivery to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective releases.

Manage and coordinate Go-Live activities, including planning, execution, and deployment checklists.

Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for building, integrating, and deploying software.

Research, evaluate, and apply new infrastructure technologies and configuration management practices.

Perform network installation and package management on Linux systems using RPM and remote repositories.

Embrace new technologies and best practices.

Organize, negotiate, plan, and manage all infrastructure release activities.

Work with application release engineers to understand the impacts of branches and code merges.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field (completed).
- Work Experience: 2+ years
- Advanced CI/CD experience including Jenkins, Atlassian Suite, Git, Linux, Bitbucket, Docker.
- Advanced knowledge of Bash, Python, or any other scripting languages.
- Advance English Level
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced cybersecurity experience implementing solutions using certificates, encryption algorithms and protocols as TLS.

Advanced computer networking skills

Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using tools such as Xray, and Nexus

Experience with designing and implementing medical device software.

Experience with Amazon AWS-managed cloud services (MSK, EKS, RDS, S3).

Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.

Extensive experience with Linux and infrastructure release management.

Advanced experience with code versioning control tools like Git and Subversion.

Experience managing, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing production environments.
