Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Enablement Agent to drive the adoption, enablement, and impact of AI and Automation across GBS Service Lines and the BSC Enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business transformation, focused on ensuring that AI solutions are not only implemented but embraced by teams across functions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on collaborator, someone who can connect with stakeholders, translate AI concepts into business value, and lead change with empathy and clarity. This role will also contribute to special projects tied to strategic initiatives, helping shape the future of our digital transformation journey.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Change Management & Enablement

 

  • Lead change management efforts related to AI adoption, ensuring users are informed, equipped, and supported.
  • Develop and standardize change management documentation, including templates for stakeholder communications, readiness assessments, training plans, and adoption tracking.
  • Create scalable, user-friendly templates and toolkits to guide teams through AI-related change initiatives, ensuring consistency, clarity, and effective knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, workshops, and communication strategies to support AI understanding and usage across the business.
  • Partner with functional leads to identify adoption barriers and develop plans to address them.
  • Manages user readiness, training, and communication plans to support adoption.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

 

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and readiness by translating AI strategies into clear, actionable impacts for each team, ensuring buy-in, adoption, and long-term value from implemented solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the AI adoption lifecycle—facilitating change conversations, identifying champions, and ensuring solutions are embedded into daily ways of working.
  • Builds trust and champions change through storytelling, workshops, and enablement.
  • Facilitate feedback loops to capture insights, concerns, and success stories that help refine AI programs.
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning around AI.

 

 

Knowledge Transfer

 

  • Create and curate change enablement resources, such as playbooks, toolkits, and internal knowledge hubs, to guide teams through AI adoption and promote long-term success.
  • Simplify and communicate the impact of AI initiatives in clear, business-relevant language to drive understanding, alignment, and engagement across teams.
  • Cultivate and support a community of AI champions (including citizen developers and ambassadors) to embed change at the grassroots level and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Tracks adoption and behavior change metrics.
  • Builds and maintains user-friendly toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources.

 

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

 

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that align with GBS and the company’s digital and strategic priorities.
  • Analyze business needs, surface innovation opportunities, and support AI-related pilots or MVPs.
  • Collaborate with strategy, operations, and innovation teams to drive measurable impact.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, digital transformation, strategy, or stakeholder engagement roles.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and helping others navigate change.

 

 

 

Preferred:

 

  • Experience with enterprise-scale AI/automation rollouts or digital upskilling programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, technology, or change management are a plus.
