About the role

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in one or more of the following areas: compensation, employee information, staffing/recruiting, learning and development, benefits and employee relations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage data, procedures and/or processes related to one or more of the following HR systems: Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and/or Recruitment.
  • Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives; may assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
  • Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures; may be responsible for preparing internal HR communications and/or HR intranet maintenance.
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Perform general administrative duties which may include: meeting management, travel arrangements, calendar management, supply maintenance and mail distribution.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:

 

  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or advanced student in Business administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Strong administration skills
  • Familiarity with business software, particularly Microsoft Office
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to produce accurate work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A desire to show initiative 
  • English Level 80%-90%
  • Desire Portuguese Level 80%-90%

Internal candidates requirements:

  • A year in the current position, in the company.
  • Performance Evaluation: Successful or above
  • Don't have disciplinary actions in the last 6 months.
