About the role:
Under moderate supervision, plans, manages, and directs the creation and revision of translated customer‑facing literature and labeling required to support Boston Scientific’s global regulatory, marketing, and sales objectives, while meeting customer needs. Collaborates closely with project teams to ensure labeling content complies with all applicable procedures. Develops project schedules and oversees the delivery of translated labeling materials, ensuring all outputs meet high‑quality standards. Supports and promotes a work environment aligned with the Quality Policy and Quality System.
You're Responsibilities include:
- Communicate project scope and timelines to external translation vendors to procure quotes.
- Work with internal project managers to assess and mitigate risk, develop a schedule, and understand project requirements.
- Review quotes and invoices for accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
- Manage the timely and accurate completion of localized labeling and literature produced by external localization vendors.
- Ensure project quality by reviewing final vendor deliverables for completeness and adherence to established standards and procedures prior to final approval.
- Implement updates to translated content in InDesign and XML format.
- Resolve project-related issues by collaborating with global team members, project stakeholders, vendors, and other partners as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor or Licentiate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Design), Graphic Design or related field.
- English Level desired: B2+ to C1 (85-90%)
- Experience: At least two years. Experience in Medical Devices Industry is desired.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience..
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and innovate in a changing environment.

Desired knowledge:
- Expanding knowledge of labeling and translated literature workflows.
- Moderate knowledge of project management (scope, schedule) to manage and complete low- to mid-level complexity projects.
- Proven ability to complete assignments using existing procedures.
- Experience working with InDesign, Illustrator, XML-based content management systems, Language Service Providers (LSP), performing format checks, proofreading, editing translated materials; and/or experience within a medical device or other regulated industry.
- Ability to work under supervision from more senior team members or a manager.
